OEM International has signed an agreement to acquire ATC Tape Converting AB. ATC Tape Converting, headquartered in Järfälla, converts and markets industrial tapes with an annual turnover of about 18 million.
- ATC Tape Converting is a well managed company with products and solutions that complement our existing range within the group. We will gradually deepen cooperation between ATC Tape Converting and OEM Electronics AB is to utilize synergies and develop our offer, says Jörgen Zahlin, President and CEO for OEM International.
