Flatbed die-cutting

Flatbed die-cutting is suitable where the volumes are slightly smaller. The technique uses a steel line tool that vertically goes up and down while new material is fed into the machine. Tool cost is significantly lower compared to for example rotating punching.

 

Flatbed die-cutting is also suitable for materials that are slightly thicker.
